The numbers that matter
How much the company sells
Sales are the money players pay for subscriptions and in-game purchases. The bars show each period; the line smooths out the ups and downs by adding up the past 12 months.
Did the company make money?
Green bars are periods with a profit, red bars are periods with a loss (the company spent more than it earned). Like most game studios, Star Vault spends heavily on making its game, so losses are common between big releases.
Where the money goes, year by year
Each year's sales compared with what it cost to run the company. Game development is the cost of building and improving the game; administration is office, management and other running costs.
Yearly summary
All amounts in millions of Swedish kronor (SEK). For scale, 10 SEK is very roughly 1 US dollar (exchange rates vary).

About this data
Collected from every financial report Star Vault published through the news service Cision, then checked so that the four quarters of each year add up exactly to the yearly totals the company reported. Where the company later corrected a figure, or a report contained a typing error, the corrected number is used. Older reports were scanned documents and were read with text recognition, then double-checked against the company's own totals.
Not investment advice. Figures are as reported by the company and may be revised.
